In a week, the High King established official biletaral relations with two Czech micronations and their sector, in name of the Brazilian sector.
From late April to 2 May 2020, the High King Arthur II contacted the President František Prášek of the Gymnasium State in order to establish friendly relations between the micronations. Greeted with joy, the Ebenthali monarch was pleased by the acceptance and establishment of a treaty of mutual recognition and friendship which was ultimatelly ratified on the said date. The Gymnazist President proposed that the High King should seek to establish relations with the Sovereign Principality of the Snowy Plains, and was greeted by Prince Jan Aurelius I who formalized the occasion with another treaty. In good faith, acting on behalf of the Brazilian sector, Arthur II questioned the Gymnazist on the establishment of official intersectorial relations to the Czechs and the eventual development of common treaties. The President showed disposition to support the Brazilian endeavor and gave the Ebenthali monarch his support. Negotiations started and the Ebenthali, assisted by the Karno-Ruthenian monarch, the Emperor-King Oscar I, started the draft of a treaty to establish to foreign micronations and sectors, thus sealing a hopefully long-lasting colaboration and friendship.
