As for those who spoke badly on the Brazilian Sector and the Conference of Santiago with no clue of what they're taliking, this may strike as a surprise. But from 14 April, the Stadhouder of the United Province of Mauricia, one of the most prominent Brazilian micronations, with a worldwide diplomatical projection, has started talks with the Conference of Santiago's Head of States, interested in joining the organization with a special membership status. Mauricia, from free will, also joined the Brazilian Sector. On 19 April 2020 Lucas, Prince of Woestein, Stadhouder of Mauricia, firstly proposed the ideia to create a diplomatic treaty of mutual recognition encompassing all of the Conference member and Mauricia. On the occassion, Cesar, Prince-Regent of the State of the Lateran Territories, also suggested that, as matter to make things simpler, this treaty would, in return for Mauricia's recognition, concede that country a special chair on the organization. Asked by the King Thomas I of Quinta Velha about the text of the treaty, the Mauritiaanse head of state proposed himself to elaborate the treaty which is expected to be presented the next days, as the countries remain in deep and constant talks.
