Cabinet reform: PM altered two ministries' designations and created a new ministerial office

In partisan resolution, The Mt. Dig. Mr. Henri Sãens, Prime Minister of Ebenthal, decided to create the Ministry of the Environment and change the names of the finance and internal affairs portfolios.
