III Ebenthal General Elections: Results.

After careful verification carried out by the Verification Commission of the Ministry of the Interior, the results of the III Ebenthal General Election held on 12 October 2022 were released.

The Most Dignified Lord Henri Sãens remains Prime Minister after tensions over his position seemed uncertain given the landslide victory of the newly founded New Democratic Party which won 4 seats in the House of Councillors, almost as many as the Prime Minister's Moderate Party, which won 5 seats, down from the 8 it previously occupied.

In order to maintain his position, Henri had to negotiate a coalition with the Worker's Party, severely weakened after the resignation of its president, Lady Gabriela, The Duchess of Frumar, who founded the New Democratic Party with defectors from both the Worker's and Moderates and even of the Conservatives. However, the head of government still had to count on the favor of His Majesty the King - given the fact that both government and opposition have 7 seats in the House of Councillors each - and the luck of the new and strange opposition formed by the Conservative and New Democratic parties have not yet cast a vote of no confidence against his government.

See below the list of elected candidates and members of the august House of Councillors who left this noble parliamentary house: ELECTED: His Grace Lord Raphael Sousa, 1st Duke of Sternachten (Moderate, re-election) His Grace Lord João Koehler, 1st Count of Allesgüt (Moderate, re-ecletion) The Most Dignified Mr. Wellington Munis (Moderate, re-election) The Most Dignified Mr. Bernardo Barcelos (Moderate, re-election) The Most Dignified Lord Henri Sãens (Moderate, re-election) His Grace Lord Thiago Walker, 1st Duke of Grünewald (New Democratic) His Grace Lord Rodrigo Falcão, 1st Marquis of Falkner (New Democratic) His Grace Lord Nícollas Reis, 1st Duke of Novaes (New Democratic, re-election) The Most Dignifiec Mr. Daniel Vilela (New Democratic) The Most Dignified Mr. Éric de Pádua (Worker's, re-election) His Grace Lord Állan de Pádua (Worker's, re-election) His Grace Lord Hans Scherer, 1st Marquis of Braunau (Conservative) The Most Dignified Mr. Gabriel Carvalho (Conservative) The Most Dignified Mr. Francisco Arrais (Conservative, re-election) UNELECTED, LEAVING THE HOUSE: His Grace Lord Eduardo Goethe, 1st Count of Goethe (Worker's) The Most Dignified Ms. Letícia Carvalho (Moderate) The Most Dignified Mr. Eduardo Souza (Moderate) His Grace Lord Ariel Silva, 1st Count of Maldras (Conservative) The Most Dignified Mr. Alessandro Rosas (Republican)
