Updates to Ebenthal's Foreign Policy

The country no longer recognizes the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus and the State of Vishwamitra, and recognizes the Haudenosaunee, the National Council of Iran, the Rada of the Democratic Belarusian Republic and the National Republican Army of Russia.
